Challenge

Our client needed to re-train their staff on the company’s Performance Appraisal process, with an emphasis on managing different personality types and implementing a Performance Improvement Plan. The Client needed a Web version and a trackable version for their LMS.

Our solution

Using existing content and working closely with HR and SMEs, we developed a series of modules that took 4 characters through the Performance Review process.

What were the results?

5 scenario-based modules; trackable end-of module assessments; 2 published versions for launch on the company’s LMS and intranet.
