Online Self-Assessment
Challenge
Our Client wanted to develop an online self-assessment based on the Myers-Briggs model that would provide learners with their own psychological profile. The learner needed to be able to print off their results to use in their development and performance review discussions.
Our solution
We listened to the Client’s requirements and focused on producing a user-friendly, simple self-assessment with printable results.
What were the results?
A short self-assessment module; profile results that can be printed and emailed; a published version for the company’s LMS with results tracked on completion.
