Sales Training
Challenge
We were asked to develop a short module to train sales staff on a new product solution offered by the client.
The module needed to include training on specific product features and an end-of-module assessment to enable the client to track learner completion.
Our solution
We developed a responsive 10 minute module that included an interactive feature where users could easily view different products and their features. A short assessment followed the interactive section to allow for completion tracking.
What were the results?
We received some very positive feedback on the module. The end users particularly enjoyed the responsive aspect of the training which was especially useful in their sales roles.
